RT worm gears

Such products are able to cooperate with: IEC standard motors, three-phase motors, single-phase motors, two-speed motors, motors with brake, external cooling and those compatible with NEMA standard. Flange dimensions for assembling purpose are IEC B5 and B14.

Possibility of equipping the torque limiter, one-side shaft, double-side shaft, torque arm, fixing flange.

RS worm gears

They can operate with IEC three-phase, single-phase, two-speed motors, with brake, external cooling and those compatible with NEMA standard. Flange assembly IEC B5 and B14.

Possibility of equipping in torque limiter, one-side shaft, double-side shaft, torque arm, fixing flange, lugs positioned every 45o.

RP helical gears

Gears of RP type are specifically designed for driving worm and screw conveyors applicable in loose material feeders. Specific solution of flange fixing and the shaft edges finish fulfil the assembly requirements for these types of equipment. To meet customer expectations, we offer various, unusual designs of the shaft edges as well as custom assembling flanges. RP gears got 6 types of assembly flanges and 23 configurations of output shafts

RD in-line helical gears

RD helical gears equipped with two or three pairs of wheels in one casing. Seven sizes of transmissions of which five are available in aluminium casing and the other two – in cast iron casing. They can operate with IEC three-phase, single-phase, two-speed motors, with brake, external cooling and those compatible with NEMA standard. Flange assembly IEC B5 and B14.

RN parallel gears

Helical gears of parallel axles equipped with two or three pairs of wheels in one casing. Six transmission sizes of which four are available in aluminium casing and two – in cast iron casing. They can operate with IEC three-phase, single-phase, two-speed motors, with brake, external cooling and those compatible with NEMA standard. Flange assembly IEC B5 and B14..

RO bevel-helical gears

Bevel-helical gears equipped with three pairs of wheels in one casing. Six sizes of transmissions, of which four are available in aluminium casing and two – in cast iron casing. They can operate with IEC three-phase, single-phase, two-speed motors, with brake, external cooling and those compatible with NEMA standard. Flange assembly IEC B5 and B14.

RO2 bevel-helical gears

Helical gears equipped with two pairs of wheels in one casing. Four sizes of gears in aluminium casing. Uniform casing increases rigidity and stress resistance. They can operate with IEC three-phase, single-phase, two-speed motors, with brake, external cooling and those compatible with NEMA standard. Flange assembly IEC B5 and B14.

RV right angle bevel-helical gears

Variators type VR

Variators type VR are available in four mechanical sizes. They are designed to cooperate with IEC electric motors. They also can be coupled to worm and cylindrical gears. Assembly with lugs
or flange. Possibility of speed rotation adjustment in the range from 1 to 5.

Variators type VS

Variators type VS are available in six mechanical sizes. They are designed to cooperate with IEC electric motors. They also can be coupled to worm and cylindrical gears. Assembly with lugs

  • Ratio range from 1:1 to 5:1

RG planetary no-backlash gears

Single and double-stage RG planetary no-backlash gears are applied wherever high precision
is needed. They are available in four sizes. They are mostly used in food industry, chemical industry and pharmaceutical industry.

  • Maximum input torque 230Nm
  • Ratio range from 3:1 to 100:1
